What is sold

Live classes by video call, and access to digital content and materials. Each
listing states what the course includes, how long it lasts, how long you keep
access to the materials, and the price, before any payment.

Prices and tax

Prices are shown in euros.

⚠️ [MISSING : VAT TREATMENT] — it must be established whether these classes
fall under the private-tuition exemption, and which regime applies to sales to
consumers in other EU countries. Until a tax adviser settles this, no price may
be described as "VAT included" or "excluding VAT".

How you pay

By card, at the time of booking or purchase, through a payment provider. Your
card details never pass through our servers. You receive a receipt by email.

When the service starts

• Digital content: access opens once payment is confirmed.
• Live classes: at the time you booked. The classroom link arrives by email.

Cancelling or moving a class

cancelled or moved, and what happens if someone does not show up.

⚠️ [MISSING : POLICY FOR DROPPED SESSIONS] — what is offered when a session
cannot go ahead because of a technical problem on our side.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days to withdraw, without giving a reason.

Exception for digital content: if you ask for immediate access and expressly
acknowledge losing your right of withdrawal, that right ends as soon as access
opens.

To exercise it, write to contact@karambungo.com. Refunds go back by the same payment
method, within 14 days.
